APMTA stands for Adar Poonawalla Maharashtra Tennis Academy, it’s inception and plan ensures a continued focus on achieving the mission to grow the sport and deliver our vision of becoming one of the world- leading tennis nation by producing international players.

Our goal is to create a support system for professional and transition players meeting their performance standards with top level coaching, training and sports science teams. We aim to produce National Champions from the High Performance Tennis Centre, with a long term vision of podium finishes in Asian Games, Davis Cup, Fed Cup and Olympic results.

Maharashtra Tennis Academy

Maharashtra Tennis Academy is instituted with an aim to provide the mainstream of lawn tennis a perennial pool of young players who are trained and oriented to international standards. Our long term plan is to give them the best, in terms of modern techniques, tactics, physical and psychological conditioning.
